If you believe a punishment was issued in error, you can ask the staff team to review it.
How to appeal
1. Gather your information
Before you appeal, make sure you have:
- Your Minecraft username
- The punishment ID from this site, e.g. Ban #181
- The date and time you were punished
- The reason shown on the punishment
- Any screenshots or clips that support your case
2. Choose a contact method
Appeals are handled through the channels listed above. Pick one and stick to it.
3. Write the appeal
A complete appeal covers all of the following:
- Your Minecraft username and the punishment ID
- The staff member who issued it, if you know
- What actually happened, honestly
- Why you believe the punishment should be changed
- What outcome you are asking for
- Evidence, where you have it
4. Wait for review
Staff review appeals within 48-72 hours. Do not submit the same appeal twice while you wait.
Appeal guidelines
- Be honest and respectful throughout the appeal.
- Do not provide false information or edited evidence.
- Do not spam appeals or open duplicate tickets.
- The staff team's final decision stands.
- Evading a punishment on an alt results in a permanent ban.
Before you appeal
Submitting false information or fabricated evidence gets the appeal denied and can extend the original punishment. If you are not sure of a punishment ID, look it up on the overview page first.
